Matt's Story

Matt came to GUFWC in hopes to pass a PT test for the Army. His goal was to do a minimum of 50 push-ups in 2 min & 50 sit-ups in 2 min, and a 12 minute mile. He started with only 3 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, and 27 minutes for 2 miles....That was not going to help him finish that PT TEST...His starting weight was 251 along with his limited PT ability...So, we whipped him into shape...He currently is serving our country with a weight of 174, can do 55 slow push-ups in 2 min, 66 slow controlled sit-ups in 2 min, along with a 14:50 2 min mile.
